Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or utilizing any mobile application, digital utility, or web service published by RootedMinds ("we", "us", or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use and uninstall our applications immediately.

2. Intellectual Property

All original graphics, software designs, trademarks, brand names, visual logos, interface assets, and proprietary algorithms associated with RootedMinds remain the exclusive intellectual property of RootedMinds.

Software utilities and components explicitly designated as Open Source are governed by their respective repositories' licenses (such as the MIT License or Apache License 2.0) published within our official GitHub organization (github.com/rootedminds). Nothing in these terms diminishes your statutory rights under those designated open-source licenses.

3. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ROOTEDMINDS APPLICATIONS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

In no event shall RootedMinds, its contributors, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data, hardware malfunction, calculation discrepancies, or business interruption) arising in any way out of the use or inability to use the software.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble proprietary binary releases of our software except to the extent permitted by applicable law, nor use our digital services for fraudulent, malicious, or unlawful purposes.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to our software shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to our digital presence, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in competent courts having jurisdiction over our operations.

6. Modifications and Inquiries

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time by publishing the amended version at this URL. Continued use of our applications following any modification constitutes your binding acceptance.
